recipe's story : Even though I have happily tackled multiple ethnic dishes with unusual ingredients, making bread always seemed daunting. Getting the right level of softness and taste seemed like a task thats hard to accomplish for an amateur like me. To over come my fear of making bread at home, I decided to give it a try without expecting a perfect end product. Surprisingly, the bread turned out great! It tasted exactly like the bread you find in bread baskets in many fine restaurants.
